My Sister Has Gone To A Regular Doctor Several Times

My sister has gone to a regular doctor several times over the last two years, and now is seeing a holistic doctor. She has a huge swollen left eye , especially the skin under the eye and the swelling goes down into her cheek. At times the swelling goes down, but never completely away, but it's huge most of the time, also the skin looks grayish there.
