My Sister Has Low Blood Pressure, Latest Is 70 Over

My sister has low blood pressure, latest is 70 over 50. I read it is suggested you eat a diet higher in salt. Problem, she has been on diuretics for several years and was told to cut out salt. She has liver disease and very large hernia due to ascities. Any suggestions? Thank you.
