My Sister In Law Is 56 Yrs Old. She Is

My sister in law is 56 yrs old. She is now in the hospital. About a year ago she started having trouble with standing a few times and needed to hang onto things. By the early summer of 2015 she started falling some. By late summer she could not raise from a sitting position and was using a walker. She has had musccle biopsy and several other tests done. She has also had a few instances of heart arrythmia. She went to a nursing home in September 2015 for threat. This was stopped as she was just getting worse. She can not stand at all anymore and can not even feed herself. She is incontinent of bowel and bladder also. Do you have any further ideas?
