My Sister Is 10 And For The Passed 4 Years

My sister is 10 and for the passed 4 years she has had really bad ticks, she will jump up and down and try to hit her butt with he feet, she will whistle non stop, she will stop while walking and walk back 3 steps then walk forward 3 more then continue, and when we ask her to sop she will either say no or "if i could i would". A new tick arrives between 3 and 4 weeks. We have tried MANY homeopathic treatments and nothing has worked.
