My Sister Is 63 And Has Parkinson's. She Is Having

My sister is 63 and has Parkinson's. She is having physical therapy right now because she was very sick for 2 months but I have noticed that when she walks, while one foot is flat, the other is like she was walking on tip toes. I just wonder what could be the cause and if I need to take her to some kind of doctor.
