My Sister Is 77 With Several Health Issues For Which

My sister is 77 with several health issues for which she is being treated. She awoke from a nap being very cold and shivering. This is rare for her to be cold. Blood pressure, pulse and respiration a are ok except respiration so shallow due to something she pulled on yesterday and has pain under her right shoulder blade. She is a Type 2 diabetic and a today is 142! No temp. No lightedheadedness, nausea. Back of legs feel cold to her. I am a retired RN so trying to assess things.
