My Sister Is An Alcoholic Who Has Just Been Prescribed

My sister is an alcoholic who has just been prescribed 50mg of Zoloft. She has been drinking while taking this and then took 10 500mg paracetamol tablets. She spent days in bed after, not eating, not talking and unable to cope. What are the effects of what she has done? She is up today, has eaten a piece of toast and sobbing for help!
