My Sister Is Having Pain On Left Side Under Breast

My sister is having pain on left side under breast and her back behind left breast with left shoulder pain also, she says it started when she was starting to eat steam shrimps earlier , She started Saturday taking prednisone for 5 days because doctor said her left lung seemed a little cloudy could be from bronchitis , should she go to ER now?
