My Sister Is Having Reconstructive Lip Surgery By A Plastic

My sister is having reconstructive lip surgery by a plastic surgeon tomorrow morning. She had a dermatologist perform MOHS surgery on her upper lip this past Friday to remove basil cell skin caner the size of a nickel. Part of her vermillion has been cut into. He is going to give her valuim first to calm her and then epinephrine/lidocaine. She is 43 and healthy. He is using the "wedge" method to repair her lip (I think you use tissue from inside the wound and pull it out. My main question is considering the risk/interaction of the drugs he is giving her?
