My Sister Is In A Nursing Home With Late Stage

My sister is in a Nursing Home with late stage Alzheimer's Disease. For the last seven or eight months, she can not talk, she just jibbers sounds that are not words. she also jerks sometimes and when you hold her hand she holds it in a very tight grip and won't let go, you have to pry yourself free. she will be 90 years old in November. They have her on Sertraline 75 MG's daily, Metoprolol Tartrate 25 MG daily,Trazodone 50 Mg daily, and Divalproex Solium 125 MG capsule daily. Could she be taking too much medication?
