My Sister Is On 3 Different Blood Pressure Medication. Her

My sister is on 3 different blood pressure medication. Her doctor said the upper number on my blood pressure is still too high so he added a third prescription. Now she isn't feeling well and very tired and when She stood up she almost passed out. Could this be too much medication ?
