My Sister Is Suffering From Joint Pains Especially The Toe

My sister is suffering from joint pains especially the toe and knees with swelling foot fingers from last one year. Below are some test results :

25/02/2016 -- Haemoglobin - 9.6 g/dL
PCV - 29.5%, MCV - 74.9fl, MCH - 24.3pg, platelets - 509000 /microL
Total count 16000 cu. mm
Neutrophils - 81 %, Lymphocytes 15%,
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate 95 mm/hr
SGPT 45 IU/L
HbsAg non reactive,
CRp (C reactive protein) 103.8 mg/l
Rheumatoid factor <15
Urine routine pH - 8.5ml

Now she is treated by rhematologist and saying it's rheumatoid arthitis. However looking at the test reports, it may not be rhematoid arthtis, thogh my knowledge is limited.
I am scared whether she is being treated correctly rheumatoligs. Or please suggest what type of doctor we shuld visit
