My Sister Is Suffering With Sever Feet, Leg Cramps At

My sister is suffering with sever feet, leg cramps at night. The pain was so bad she nearly called an ambulance for assistance. She doesn't drink alcohol or smoke and has a healthlyiet. I am very concerned as I could hear the pain in her voice when I spoke to the this morning. We re in Australia - not sure if that makes any difference.
