My Sister Last Week Had 2 Huge Haematomas That Ruptured

My sister last week had 2 huge haematomas that ruptured in her neck and throat.The paramedics in attendance on the way to hospital commented that they had never seen such an amount of blood or size of blood blister.This has happened several times per year in the last few years.My sister is in her early 50's
Is there a treatment for this extremely frightening occurance
