My Sister Missed 2 Weeks Of Her Thyroid Medication Lev

My sister missed 2 weeks of her thyroid medication lev (sp) and she just realized it and took 1 dose. She had been acting very strange and we just figured it out. she takes 75mg. What are the systems for missing 2 weeks of medication. She has been on this medication for over 2 years. thank you.
