My Sister Was Diagnosed With Lung Cancer Stage Iv Lymph

My sister was diagnosed with Lung Cancer Stage iv lymph nodes in chest and one spot on brain. Had radiation a few weeks ago for the brain. Fell the other day, now ankles or legs swollen now hand is swollen was on dexamethasone for swelling prior to radiation because the area around the cancer was swollen.
