My Sister Was Getting Treatment For Chest Tb For Eight

My sister was getting treatment for chest tb for eight months....in the eighth month of her treatment she was diagnosed a gland tb. She is getting treatment of MDR but the size of gland is increasing and she is falling weaker and weaker .please suggest.
