My Sister Was Told She Has 25% - 30% Heart

My sister was told she has 25% - 30% heart function. She had an angiogram and no further stents were put in. She had a previous stent 1 1/2 yrs ago. She's in ICU having just had a heart event /attack the other day with EKG change and elevated triponan levels They are going to give her a life vest. She is 60 yrs old. What is the typical health plan going forward?
