My Sister Who Is 52 Had A Partial Hysterectomy 4

My sister who is 52 had a partial hysterectomy 4 weeks ago. She still has her ovaries. All of a sudden, she became severally bloated and went up 2 dress sizes in a week. She had the Da Vinci type of hysterectomy. Is is normal?
