My Sister Woke Up With Numb Lip And Tinling In

My sister woke up with numb lip and tinling in her arm. They did 2 scans at ER and not comfortable sending her home. Concerned about 2 arteries going up her back that lead to the brain. They are sending her to a hospital and waiting on a vascular person. What could we be facing?
