My Skin Is Red On My Chest, Neck And Face.

My skin is red on my chest, neck and face. My outer ears and face feel hot, and my outer ears are swollen. This started this morning after showering. It is possible it started before the shower, but I didn't notice until after showering. I have no other symptoms that I know of. Redness has lasted about 7 hours without getting worse. I took some Tylenol about 2 hours ago.
