My Skin Is Sensitive To The Touch Under My Right

My skin is sensitive to the touch under my right arm to the right of my breast, and even on the underside of my right arm. There is no rash, raised bumps or anything visible, but it just feels sensitive --- much like when you have a sinus infection and your "skin hurts" on your cheekbone.
