My Skin Sometimes Kind Of Feels Like I Have A

My skin sometimes kind of feels like I have a sunburn and I get very itchey. I also have been breaking out in crusty itchy patches. These patches appear where I have had surgeries. The last one was in May, surgery, and I have a very long incision on my stomach. It feels like something from within is the cause of the burning and itching.
