My Small Maltese Has Not Moved His Bowels For 4

My small Maltese has not moved his bowels for 4 days now. He sleeps a lot but will run and play when encouraged. He won't eat his regular dog food but will eat his chicken treats and if I boil chicken and shred it small with a little rice. He usually moves regularly but has not for four days. I am worried.
