My Some Is A Year I Have Been Cleaning Only

My some is a year I have been cleaning only the outside off his ear and every day it's more then a pea size of wax I took him to the dr today because his ear was completely clogged with ear wax she looked in cleaned it out and said it was fine I looked inside when I got home and he had more waxs and a white gooey substance in the back of his ear with a little bit of blood during the dr visit he screamed when looking at his ears and doesn't want me to even look in them
