My Son 11, History Of Malignant Brain Tumor, Radiation And

My son 11, history of malignant brain tumor, radiation and chemo at age 5-6 - no evidence of disease for the last 5 years - just had a bowel movement which was brighter red in color and on his toilet paper. The water in the toilet turned red as well. It's after hours here. Should I be worried to consult a doctor now or wait to see. Currently, he is no experiencing any symptoms. He indicated his stool was normal and not difficult to pass. Thoughts?
