My Son 12 Years Old Was Sick Friday With Fever

My son 12 years old was sick Friday with fever and upset stomach. I have been giving Bactrim and Tylenol. No upset stomach. Perfectly fine except for low grade fever. Tonight he is sweaty. Temp is 99. Has his fever broke? I took off work for tomorrow to take him to stand alone er. His fever has not been above about 101.5. No other symptoms.
