My Son (20 Years Old) Just Sent Me A Picture

My son (20 years old) just sent me a picture of his eyes - they are not tracking together. This just started in the last few days. His left eye doesn't move up like the other one. I have an appointment for him, but am trying to figure out what might be the cause of something like this
