My Son, 23 Years Of Age. Very Healthy, Works Out

My son, 23 years of age. Very healthy, works out everyday etc. has a hard nodule under his chin slightly to the left, so I guess more neck area. It hurts but is hard. He has itching from his right shoulder up to his neck and then a sharp painful spot close to his right ear. He had his tonsils out the end of October. I am very worried as he doesn't feel great. The itching started about 10 day ago and the the lump on his neck he felt yesterday.
