My Son 3 Yrs Old Having Watery Stools Min 1

My son 3 yrs old having watery stools min 1 to max 3 times a day. Consulted his pediatrist he said everything is normal and suggested cefolac for three days after 4 days stools were normal and now after 2-3 days he started having loose stools sometimes after eating something immediately he pass stools.
One month back he had cold and fever for a week. His TC and platelets went down. He was prescribed Althrocin, Ambrodil S, Laveta and P125. After two weeks he was back to normal and his counts improved.
Now my wife is 34 weeks pregnant.
Is this diarrhoea anything related to the antibiotic he has taken.
Can I now try the cefolac and darolac sachet?
