My Son 32 Years Of Age, 226 Lbs. ,started The

My son 32 years of age, 226 lbs. ,started the generic fluticasone propionate 50mcg per spray last night two squirts into each nostril and then through the night and now again tonight is itching all over his skin areas. Wondering if I should have him just stop until we can call his doctor or cut back to one spray in each nostril. He had been taking loratadine but she wanted to switch that to the zyertec but because he is having allergy skin testing he is to not take the zyertec for the next few days. I think his group home gave him one dose of it though this morning.
