My Son, 4y/16 Kg, Down With Mod To High Fever

My son, 4y/16 kg, down with mod to high fever since 2 days with rhinorrhea and cough that is Barking in nature. Chest and throat clear.
On alternative paracetamol and meftal + allegra bd.
Gave him meftal p but he vomited immediately, what should I do next.... 1)repeat the dose or wait until 1-2 hrs 2) give him paracetamol instead right away?
