My Son 5 Years Old Have A Acute Lymphocytes Leukemia

My son 5 years old have a acute lymphocytes leukemia he is undergo of chemotherapy in 8months until now, the segmenters 0.18 & lymphocytes 0.79, wbc count 1.7 x 10/L, hemoglobin 99 g/L, hematocrit 0.30, platelets count 180 x 10 9/L. what will we do to his segmenters & lymphocytes to be normal, can u help my son about my problem every cbc and platelets check up.
