My Son 5 Years6months Is Affected By Adenoids. He Breathes

My son 5 years6months is affected by adenoids. He breathes through his mouth.and any change in weather or dust he reacts with swollen adenoids and very thick mucous. He is also not comfortable with social activities and prefers to watch TV or watch trains on mobile phone or play alone. What recourses may be adviced to help my son with improving his physical health
and overall development
