My Son (8yrs Old) Developed Warts On His Thumb And

My son (8yrs old) developed warts on his thumb and I believe now it has spread to his face. There are several small bumps on his chin and side of his mouth,. Not sure what to do about his face. i have been treating his thumb. but it seems to be gettin worse.
