My Son 9 Year Old, Have A Sinusitis And Rhinitis..

My son 9 year old, have a sinusitis and rhinitis.. one month ago he complain feel cold and sweeting , headache, and vomiting.. his doctor gave him zinnat but still like that and than gave him claneksi.. is that alright??. I'm so confused please help me .
