My Son Age 1 Year 7 Months And Weights 9.5

My son age 1 year 7 months and weights 9.5 kg is having cough and cold, nose block but without fever. I gave Kaferase LS and Crominic both 5 ml from last 4 day and now his secretion is out in the throat, i can hear it and child not able to cough it out. Do i require to give antobiotics or the medication i gave is ok.
