My Son (age 10) Fell While Skateboarding Today. He Fell

My son (age 10) fell while skateboarding today. He fell on his backside first but also hit his head. He was wearing a helmet. Now, three hours later he has a nosebleed. He gets them sometimes but not quite to bad as this one. We gave him ibuprofen after the fall and he's been acting normally. Should we be concerned about the nosebleed?
