My Son Age 10 Started Complaining Of Abdominal Discomfort After

My son age 10 started complaining of abdominal discomfort after dinner. He says his "belly stings...feels like pins and needles like when my leg is asleep." I've not heard that description before for abdominal pain. He was very clear and descriptive though. Continued to describe it the same way until he fell asleep.
