My son age 19 was in a accident earlier today. He hit an ice patch on the road and lost control of his truck and hit a tree on the passenger side of the truck. he went to the hospital and they released him. he only had bruising from the seat belts, but now he is complaining about ringing in his right ear. should I be concerned?
