My Son Age 30 Has Gotten To Where All Day

My son age 30 has gotten to where all day and night while sitting, lounging or trying to sleep jerks in his legs feet hands continuously. It keeps him up at night. He has no insurance and I have no insight into what this might be and what type Dr. he needs to make an appointment with. What could be causing this. Please respond. Thank you.
