My Son (age 33) Asked Me To Try To Figure

My son (age 33) asked me to try to figure out his symptoms, so I'm contacting you. He has headaches, can't lose weight (currently morbidly obese), fatigue and TSH of 12. 3 or higher over the last several years. His primary care has not made a formal diagnosis even though this has been going on for several years. Not sure it this is significant, but his WBC is 12.3 and has been as high as 14.6. Can you help?
