My Son Came Back From School And Has Sneezed 5

My son came back from school and has sneezed 5 plus times. He says he feels hot inside but there is no apparent fever. He also has a runny nose. What should I do to help him feel relief. It just started today in the afternoon and progressively until now seems to get worse. He has been licking his lips and they are red too. What should I do? He just fell asleep
