My Son Clipped The Back Of His Heel With His
My son clipped the back of his heel with his cricket bat in training today.
We have put ice on it. I have given him ibuprofen. It is still painful and he is struggling to walk. The pain is in the lower part of the heel on the back of the foot (not underneath) and a secondary pain is slightly higher up in the Achilles. I think it is bruising but my son seems to be experiencing pain to walk and I wonder if I should get it checked out.
Please advise.
