My Son Continues To Throw Up Everyday Despite Being Sick

My son continues to throw up everyday despite being sick with any viruses due to a weak stomach. He also eats spicy foods constantly on a regular daily basis. Tonight he is throwing up greyish blackish vomit, no blood nor any coffee ground look and has had a cough with some wheezing. What does that mean? I suffer from CHF and he knows what it is like for me when my lungs fill up with blood and he said it seems to feel the same way. Could he possibly have a heart problem as well?
