My son currently receives seroquel 200 mg nightly. This has helped tremendously with his night time agitation and quality of sleep. He is 13 and we have noticed an overall benefit in behavior even during the day. However, given the half life of 6-7 hours, is it feasible that the seroquel is providing daytime benefit beyond the benefit of improved sleep?
