My Son Feels That He Was Hit In The Eye

My son feels that he was hit in the eye with something sharp. He sat up from resting and it happened although nothing was there to have hit him. His eye is red and now there is a tiny indentation on the outer edge of his iris. His vision is fine but his eye does hurt a little.
