My Son Fell About 9 Feet From A Ladder Two

My son fell about 9 feet from a ladder two days ago and his face hit the ladder. He has an horrible headache and sensitive to light the first night. He has a black eye and jaw is swollen some and is painful to open his mouth to eat or yawn. I am concern because he is spitting up blood. I have tried to convenience him to go to the ER but he refuse because he has no insurance.
