My Son Fell And Dislocated His Shoulder. Doctors Manipulated It

My son fell and dislocated his shoulder. Doctors manipulated it back in place. He was purple and red with bruising on the upper arm and across his chest. Within days the entire torso looks like it was painted dark purple with a brush. Color is spreading down the arm, around to his back, and there is some discoloration along his outer foot. Plus many, many bruises along his lower legs and arms. No doctor will see him because he's never seen a doctor before - he can make an appointment for February! What should he do? Is he bleeding internally? Or am I just being a nervous mom?
