My Son Fell Earlier Today He Was Running Tripped Hit

My son fell earlier today he was running tripped hit the side of his head on the corner of a wall it had an indention but within seconds a goose egg I rushed him to er the doc said he seemed fine... the swelling has went down but if you touch it there is a soft area that feel indented... but he is acting normal
